  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs to improve the skills of the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Understand client logistics requirements and provide tailored solutions.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and other key metrics for management review.

  • Work closely with other departments such as operations, customer service, and finance to ensure smooth execution of services and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
